Once again, we continue to see a decline in the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ, while the Russell 2000 has shown an impressive performance. This shift has made the Russell the focus of market participants, with sentiment turning very positive towards these stocks. However, to be truly bullish on the Russell, one must be bullish on the overall economy.
